Why PC Hardware is Still Messing Up

We have all heard it before, "PC gaming is dead!" and "Console gaming is better". Obviously PC gaming is not dead and whether console gaming is better than PC gaming or not is up to you, but there is reason behind some of these statements and I think EVGA's announcement today is a great example as to why people can be intimidated and even frustrated with PC gaming. If you haven't heard already, EVGA announced a new video card and a motherboard capable of 4-Way SLI (not in the "no"? Check out Eric's article about it here ). In a nutshell, you can now buy four of the same video card and link them up together and get more video card number crunching power. Sounds great right? I don't think so. Because CG in video games doesn't really work in that way and EVGA knows it.
