Now, on Steam, Counter-Strike: Source has been cut from $19.99 down to a meager $6.80 in celebration of their availability to Mac users amongst other new game tweeks! If you don't have it for some reason or another, or are an unfortunate Mac gamer, now would be a good time to take that initiative.

Valve’s previous E3 announcements were cancelled, but the Half-Life developer said that they would be showing a surprise this year. The surprise came in the form of Gabe Newell, co-founder of Valve, revealing Portal 2.

Today Valve released their newest update for Team Fortress 2. The patch includes a new Scout class unlock which when activated makes all damage the scout deals and receives a mini-crit. It also adds a new map cp_freight, along with a whole host of bug fixes and balance changes.

Valve has released new downloadable content for the sequel to their 2008 zombie shooter. ‘The Passing” features a new three-map campaign, new infected types, new weapons, and new game types.

Pick up Left 4 Dead 2 for only $20.09 on Steam until Monday. L4D2's new update features content that brings the characters from Left 4 Dead 1 into the mix. The content also includes 3 new maps, weekly game modes, new zombie class, golf club melee weapon, M-60 machine gun, and 10 new achievements.
