Alright so it’s not the greatest looking MMO in the world, but when I was growing up, I used to watch Digimon and Pok-e’-mon all the time, I guess I can’t really say growing up because the shows weren’t available when I was a kid, I mean what nerd didn’t watch Pok-e’-mon.

WeMade Entertainment, a Washington based company, will be opening its doors to player starting March 10th for the launch of their open beta. Those of you interested in testing the game out can head over to www.digimonbattle.com, and sign up for the game. From the looks of the site, the game will be a free to play MMO, with a cash option to buy things at the shop.

Digimon Battle will take place during the original animated TV series basing around Season 1-4. From March 3rd to March 16th, players who register for the beta, download the client and create their characters will get an exclusive Frontier Starter kit for being the first to get in the game. Kits will be delivered March 17th.

I was a Pokemon elitist...meaning I refused to take part in Digimon shows and games. Later, after Pokemon got lame...I checked it out, and decided that that was a wise decision because Digimon was about as bad as Monster Rancher, if not worse.

BUT. If they made a Pokemon MMO that included the first 251 Pokemon? I would most assuredly play it!
